One cannot turn a blind eye to the stress and anxiety the pandemic has caused. People are finding it hard to cope with the ‘new normal’ and leave behind the routines they have grown accustomed to.
But because the media has been drawing a lot of attention to physical health, one aspect of overall wellness often gets placed on the sidelines – mental health. And added with the social stigma that comes with it, the mental health frequently receives a rather dismissive approach.
Because of this, experts in the field are encouraging more people to acknowledge the pressing problem. Zack DeMinno, an advocate of personal development and wellbeing, took heed of the challenge by creating an avenue that promotes positive changes in the society.
The Impact Studio started as a podcast where individuals who are driven to transform the world gather and share brilliant ideas. And having experienced some low points himself, Zack thought that this would be a great avenue where people can release all their pent up frustrations in a healthy way. He also noticed how the media could bring a lot of negativity, and he believes that the podcast could serve as a positive nook on the internet.
While Zack was browsing through different social media platforms, it struck him how interviews with thought-provoking topics are often only three to five minutes long. To him, the short amount of time allocated for such conversations is insufficient to create the impact they were intended to make. This concern was actually one of the things that compelled him to create The Impact Studio.
The global podcast gathers people from all over the world who are empowered to create ripples of changes that can transcend any adversity. It is composed of highly driven individuals from the All Things Good Co Community who provided substantial contributions to society. Zack thought that these are the best people who can bring their stories into the spotlight.
But to enhance its engagement with its audience, The Impact Studio decided to put a different spin on the interaction by turning the podcast into a successful Instagram Live Series hosted by All Things Good News. And to make sure that no one misses out on any of its episodes, All Things Good News saves the live broadcasts in its IGTV and are published in its Instagram feed.
The Impact Studio features notable personalities such as Taylor Bouchard, Kylee McGrane, Howard Taylor, and Kellen Brewer. Through The Impact Studio, they are able to share their stories and how they are promoting movements that call for change. They are inviting everyone to join the crusade and bring down barriers inhibiting positivity.
With this initiative, Zack and the company strive to provide a safe space where individuals can tune in to when they feel like they could use some motivation and inspiration. The company also wishes it could push some individuals to step up to the challenge and also make waves of changes in this dog-eat-dog world. Changes don’t have to be monumental, and even the smallest gestures matter.
