The Sweat It Out podcast also empowers listeners to recognize other tools available to them. By raising their awareness of different mindsets and approaches, the audience can learn what works best in their situation. As they start to make simple changes towards becoming healthy and fit, they become more confident. This confidence enables people to uplift themselves to a new level.

Anthony Mendez and Josh Evans have been planning to start the Sweat It Out podcasts for months. Now that it is finally up and running, both hosts feel that the timing is perfect – there is no better time to sit down and dedicate themselves to delivering quality content. Living in quarantine not only gave them the time to kickstart their podcast but also highlights the importance of taking care of one’s health.

The two hosts created Sweat It Out specifically for people looking for motivation and quality feedback that they might not find in other places. Anthony and Josh noticed that with the increasing convenience of making podcasts and the growing number of fitness gurus online, there is now an abundance of unreliable information circulating the web.

Sweat It Out prioritizes simplicity in delivering their content. The podcast’s goal is to simplify life so that listeners can fall back on simplified foundations no matter how chaotic life becomes. Anthony and Josh decipher the complex information rampant online so their audience takeaway suggestions that are readily actionable.

Anthony and Josh achieved their current level of success by transforming pain and failure into hard work and dedication. Anthony Mendez’s experience with an injury from playing high school football led him to do strength training, strength conditioning, and therapeutic work. The challenge he faced to get back to shape sparked an interest in how the body works. This interest later led to education, training, and certification in the field.

Josh Evans got his start in health consciousness when a substitute teacher who ran his high school gym coached him after witnessing his experience with bullies. Discovering a passion for fitness at a young age, Josh devoted his whole life to helping others maximize their full potential.

Both Anthony and Josh have over 11 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, respectively. Being successful fitness coaches and entrepreneurs, they use Sweat It Out as a platform to discuss business practices as much as fitness tips. They carry the additional responsibility of uplifting the fitness industry by helping other fitness coaches succeed in their own businesses.

Sweat It Out is quickly becoming a household name in podcasting. Some of the guests featured in Sweat It Out include entrepreneurs David Meltzer and Michael Chernow, renowned food blogger Kevin Curry, and former UFC fighter Tim Kennedy.
