Boeing had grounded its 737 Max in the March of the last year due to technical problems. Now Boeing 737 Max is all set after few new changes. This company is recommending pilots to go through flight simulator training before flying 737 Max. It is a flight training that will teach the pilots about the new changes in the plane.
There are numerous airlines around the world that have 737 Max in their fleet. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has accepted the recommendations made by Boeing.
The simulator training is only for those pilots who can fly 737. It is almost an hour-long training that could be taken anytime. Boeing will pay $1 million for each plane to Southwest Airlines for training its 10,000 pilots.
There were some issues last year about the training of 737s. FAA’s technical advisory had taken the side of Boeing for simulator-based training. There is no deadline set by Boeing to take the simulator-based training for the pilots. But it can delay the presence of Max on the track.
Earlier, the Boeing was recommending a computer-based training of 737 Max for the pilots. Due to a massive interest of public and airlines in the 737 Max, there was an argument about providing simulator training instead of computer-based training. Boeing made a reversal decision and recommended simulator-based flight training to the new 737s.
The aviation industry is continuously expanding. And Flight training Florida is providing opportunities to the commercial pilot license holders to get the FAA recommended flight hours before flying a passenger plane.
