Pierre Ingram is a football enthusiast who played division I football while in college. He attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he graduated in 2006. He was a receiver on the team and earned the Most Dependable Receiver Award in his last year as a senior playing for the team. He is now a football coach and has been for over ten years. He has also worked as a recruiter and understands the needs of any football team that he coaches.
Pierre has coached American football in Tokyo, Japan, and earned a final four spot for the Running Back Coach of the Year Award in 2012. In the same year, he was the coach for superstar Ray Holley, who earned the distinction of Capital One Academic All-American First Team Member. He was a recruiter during that year and was named Recruiter of the Year by ESPN for the Western Athletic Conference. He understands what raw talent looks like, and he is excellent at finding great players that get recruited by top teams in the industry.
In 2014, Pierre Ingram earned the distinction of a Top 10 Pac-12 recruiter, and he was the recruiter for the 2016 #1 Draft Pick, Jared Goff. That year Jared was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams as the top pick for the season. He loves the game of football. Coaching and recruiting is his passion.
He has been able to coach some of the best talents that play the game of football. He has been able to coach 15 NFL players, two players reached All-American status, and eight players that he coached reached the All-Conference level.
Today, Ingram coaches for the Fujitsu Frontiers Pro American Football Team. He is employed as the offensive coordinator, and he is essential in finding excellent offensive talent for the team. He has good instincts when it comes to finding quality players and knows what it takes to be a great coach. As a solid offensive coach, he led the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs to an average score of 51.5 points a game back in 2012. His team led the nation in scoring during that year and had a record of 9 wins and three losses.
For the 2013-2014 season, the California Golden Bears hired Pierre Ingram as the coach of the running backs, while the next season, he was the coach of the wide receivers and pass game coordinator and running game coordinator. As part of his coaching responsibilities, Pierre also took care of recruiting efforts for the team during his time spent with the program.
He continues to love the game of football and is always on the lookout for new opportunities as a coach and recruiter.
