To succeed in entrepreneurship, it’s imperative to have grit and determination unlike any other. It’s not an easy path by any means and Cachè Anderson, an 18 year old businesswoman had the vision and thick skin required to overcome her own hardships to make the entrepreneurial world her home. Her desire to be her own boss and passion for pushing the boundaries of the traditional idea of employment have led her to success and she now mentors aspiring entrepreneurs to find their way in doing the same.
Born in Detroit, Michigan and growing up in Farmington Hills, Cachè always knew she was cut from a different cloth than those around her. She had the quality inside her to choose a path that although was more difficult, would allow her to create her own future. From her very first job doing difficult manual labour at a gardening centre for a low wage, Cachè developed a firm stance on the topic of employment: it wasn’t for her.
“Since I was a child, I knew one day I would be the CEO of my own company. Once I got my first job and then my second job, it just confirmed that the lifestyle wasn’t for me. I was waking up every day unhappy. I wanted to be my own boss and do something that I actually have a passion for,” says Cachè.
Cachè was introduced to network marketing by a friend in September of 2020 and boldly made the decision to go against the grain, building her business as a trader and mentor in the foreign exchange market.
To date, working with Tradehouse Investment Group, Cachè has been able to secure herself financially and create a team of like-minded individuals working towards a common goal – achieving their dreams.
“We teach people skills to help them become financially free and have a lifestyle that they’ve never had before. We’re helping people see the light and realize that they don’t have to wake up everyday to do something they don’t like. You don’t have to clock in anymore, you can get paid right from your phone. You’ll see that there’s another way out there to make money and turn your dreams into reality,” says Cachè.
It’s not uncommon for society to place judgement on individuals who choose to colour outside of the lines. As Cachè says, trading in the foreign exchange market is not a well understood concept and generated a lot of criticism from her peers when she made the decision to pursue it full time. Interestingly enough, Cachè says this decision turned out to be the most pivotal moment of growth in her journey thus far, demonstrating that others’ opinions should never dictate the choices you make to find your own happiness.
“On September 16th, 2020, I made the decision to pursue entrepreneurship, and that is the day that I became a whole new person. That is the day that I actually learned a skill set that would impact me forever. That is the day I started to surround myself with individuals that wanted me to get to the top. I started paying more attention to what and who I was listening to. I just became a person that had a purpose in life. I wasn’t just waking up going about my day anymore – I had and continue to have a chance to impact others every single day. That was the point where my life really changed,” says Cachè.
Growing up, Cachè had it far from easy. Without a support system to help her through difficult times financially and mentally, she developed a thick skin that has helped her overcome obstacles on her journey in entrepreneurship. Cachè encourages others to find their own inner strength to keep going in the face of adversity, as she believes it’s the only way to thrive on a difficult path.
“As an entrepreneur you have to be tough. Letting your circumstances affect you will affect your progression. In the world of entrepreneurship, you will have a lot of setbacks, you will have failures. You will have people that don’t believe in you, who talk about you or say your business is a joke. So you really need to have some tough skin. You have to become a problem solver and be the person that no matter what is going on on the inside, makes the outside world think that everything is going great,” says Cachè.
Before the age of 18, Cachè experienced more adversity than some of us may experience in a lifetime – homelessness, loss of friends and family, a custody battle amongst her parents and financial struggles. Having gone through these heartbreaks and letdowns, Cachè recognizes now how she was able to turn so many trials into triumphs, and wants to share in this experience with as many people as possible, giving others who are struggling the opportunity to find solace and a chance to start over under her mentorship.
“A future goal of mine is to open up a community center or shelter for those who are struggling. I know what it’s like to grow up and struggle and feel like you don’t have anybody. I want to reach out to younger individuals to let them know that you do have a home and someone to talk to who cares. You don’t have to be on the street, you have a safe place to stay, but not only that, you have access to a business that can keep you set for the rest of your life. You’ll be able to network with other people and change your current situation making it better for yourself and your family,” says Cachè.
At only 18 years old, Cachè has the mindset and experience beyond her years that has taken her to the levels of success she had envisioned for herself when she began her journey in entrepreneurship – but she’s far from finished. Her next steps? Create a CEO building seminar to create fearless entrepreneurs with an open mind to new possibilities. Cachè is only getting started, and there’s no doubt there will be more waves made in her movement of shining a light on the knowledge needed to set us free.
