Justin Winn Waller on Overcoming a Small Town Mentality to Build a Seven-figure Construction Company

When faced with an unprecedented problem, most people will often find it challenging to find a solution. However, for Justin Winn Waller, the owner of  RedIron Construction, a construction and real estate company operating in over ten states in the US, facing a problem is an opportunity for growth. He thrives on solving problems, and every time he is faced with a more significant problem, he sees it as an opportunity to read a book, make a phone call or attend a seminar. This dedicated approach to growth in his personal and professional lives worked for him over the years, and he plans to continue improving his life and the lives of others.

Hailing from a small town in Monroe, LA, Justin Winn Waller grew up surrounded by people who only knew how to make doctor money in boots. With no one in his immediate environment to look up to, he realized he had to work hard to remove himself from the small-town mindset. To do this, he spent his twenties building his construction and real estate businesses while enriching his mind with books by Robert Kiyosaki, Patrick Lencioni, Robert E Gerber, and an array of others. “Not taking the path of those around me was much like the movie October Sky to me. I just knew I could do more,” he stated.

As a young man just starting in the entrepreneurial space, Justin built his businesses from nothing with no investors, no family, and no connections at the top. He shared one of the most important lessons he had learned from building a business from the ground up and said, “Building my businesses taught me so much about mental toughness, how pain and pressure can make a man. But most importantly, I trust that I could be dropped in any city, anywhere at any time and build a business. The confidence that comes with having this skill set is a special kind of freedom for me.”

Today, he is the youngest board member of the MBCEA (Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association) and the owner of  RedIron Construction, a construction company specializing in pre-engineered metal building assembly and standing seam metal roof systems.

Through his company, this trailblazing entrepreneur has worked on projects in almost all 50 states in the country and the Caribbean, building everything from airplane hangers to large box stores like Rooms to Go and Cosco. Additionally, Justin Winn Waller is also a crypto enthusiast. He has worked internationally with crypto consulting firms buying in trading cryptocurrency in Eastern Europe.

Justin believes that every man will face problems in life and lives by the mantra, “You can tell the size of a man by the size of his problems.” He says, “Some will only create enough to be a concern with a light bill or a set of braces. Others will face challenges far outside the consciousness or wildest dreams of the normal person walking down the street. These bigger problems are simply the obstacles one faces when climbing bigger mountains.”

Justin Winn Waller wants to keep expanding his businesses and move profits into more real estate and crypto in the coming years. He also wants to help other entrepreneurs, consulting for them and sharing how he went from  0 to 7 figures.
