Health is wealth. The coined term has been used for decades and on merit. Steve Jobs, the late founder of Apple said it best while in the final stages of life –
“In the end, wealth is only a fact of life that I am accustomed to. At this moment, lying on the sick bed and recalling my whole life, I realize that all the recognition and wealth that I took so much pride in, have paled and become meaningless in the face of impending death. You can employ someone to drive the car for you, make money for you but you cannot have someone to bear the sickness for you. Material things lost can be found. But there is one thing that can never be found when it is lost – “Life”.
While Jobs was suffering through cancer at the time, many successful men have the same story; they spend their life making big impacts on the economy, and building their dream situation. However, their body takes the hit.
Now the fact of the matter may be, why drive the latest Ferrari when your body feels like a busted up 80s Honda?
JC White, a two-time Men’s Fitness cover athlete and the founder of T3 Body has the solution to how successful men can drive a Ferrari but also feel like one.
Q: JC Great to have you! To start off – Can you break down the problems these successful men face?
“Great to be here. Yes, let’s get to it.
The most common problem that these successful men typically face is they have been focusing on their business or their entrepreneurial journey for the majority of their adult life.
A lot of guys that we get are in their late thirties all the way up to their or late fifties and they’re very successful. What they do is they run a business or they run multiple businesses and that’s been the primary focus of the last 10, 15, 20, 30 years of their life.
Their health has kind of gone to the wayside and what we typically see is guys who come to us with low T levels, blood work looks horrendous and this clearly makes them feel pretty bad.
What you can kind of imagine is like the last 10, 15, 20 years of their life, they’ve been feeling on top of the world. They wake up, they have the energy and the drive to go conquer today – but slowly, over time, they started noticing that they needed to sleep more, rest more. The body starts to deteriorate and break down. They have a huge gut. They look in the mirror and they don’t recognize the man that they once were and they start to feel depressed.
So they’re a driven, successful, highly motivated individual – but now their body and health does not match what they feel about themselves and that takes them to kind of like a darkplace sometimes because they are typically looked at as the leader upon and their families and individuals, everybody looks to turn to for leadership and for guidance and it’s kind of hard to command that respect when they have let themselves go so far gone.
Q: It seems like a sad reality many successful men face. My father went through the same issues and even though he made all this money, we felt bad for him.
So what have you and your company T3 Body done to solve this problem?
First off we serve entrepreneurs, executives, business owners – honestly successful and driven men. Their lifestyle is not the same as everybody else’s. Their mindset is not the same as everybody else’s. So what we have come to find is a solution. Solution that is highly customized to them as individuals That is why we do blood work, that is why we do a biomechanical screening and that’s why we’re so hands on with them to optimize their body for performance not only when it comes to the way that they look, but also the way that they feel and perform in their business.
To break it down further, T3 Body is a highly customized lifestyle solution that utilizes blood work, biomechanics and biofeedback to help best customize not only the program when it comes to working out nutrition and supplementation, but also the lifestyle so that it easily integrates into the lifestyle of entrepreneurs, executives and business owners.
We use blood work to identify exactly what their body needs for nutrition and supplement perspective. We do a biomechanics screening to assess their mobility, flexibility, range of motion, pre injury history so that we can best customize a training solution and then the biofeedback is ongoing weekly measurement of their sex drive, energy, mood, appetite and digestion to ensure all the work that we do upfront is working effectively.

Q: This is a great solution to the problem. So once these successful men go through your T3 Body program, what can they expect for results?
This kind of comes into two different facets.
One is we want to make sure long after they’re done working with us. Most clients work with us for multiple years, and the longer they’re working with us, they’re able to sustain a result.
That’s why lifestyle is key. We want to have a real impression on their mindset and their lifestyle when it comes to their health and their fitness, which translates to other areas of their life. Like their business, It all starts with you. We want to make sure that we optimize that. Secondly, we want to see improvements in their blood work. We definitely don’t think of ourselves as doctors or anything like that. We look at ourselves as optimizers. We optimize everything that’s going to put clients in the best position for them to perform, look and feel their absolute best so we can see improvements there.
Lastly, we want to see an improvement in how they look, right? So we want to see a reduction in body fat. We want to see an increase in muscle mass, increase in mobility, flexibility and overall strength too, as well. I start with the more important things that will ultimately lead to the physique. If we have a healthy lifestyle and our mindset is correct, it will ultimately lead to that physique. We can’t get the physique without those two things being in place. Those will be the three things that I would say would dictate a successful client, which we have tons of.
Q: That seems very reasonable – Let’s say someone is interested in getting started. What are the steps they can take to work with you?
The first step is to get in contact with us and that could be easily done by going to our website, filling out the application and scheduling a call.
You either just talk to me or somebody on our team and we really take a lot of interest in seeing our clients succeed so we are there with you every single step of the way. I know some companies say that, but we are really about that. When you work with me, you work with a team. At all times there are at least three people including myself that you’ll be in contact with, three professional coaches.There’s no short shortage of expertise in this program. I mean, collectively we have over 45 years worth of experience.
To start off, we get blood work done and that’s super easy because we work with labs all throughout the country, so we set those up for a year. You do not need your doctor or insurance. We usually get those results back within 24 to 48 hours. During that time process, we are doing your movement screen. So this is during your onboarding. That’s the biomechanics piece. That’s where we do a movement analysis of your injury, history, stability, balance, force, mobility, flexibility, so that we can customize the training part of your program.
By then the blood work results are in. We have everything that we need to do your program. We then deliver that to you.
We cover your blood work. We cover what we’re gonna be looking to do with your nutrition, what markers we’re going to optimize and the results we want to see. We set expectations and from there we check in on our clients pretty much daily not only for the support and accountability aspect, but also being a business owner and an entrepreneur things get thrown on your plate. So the plan has to be adaptable and change. That’s the lifestyle piece that I talked about.
We are there to essentially ensure that it’s easily integrable into your lifestyle and that all the homework we did up front is working effectively. So that’s kinda like an example of a process of what it is like to work with us.
