The film industry has been one of the most successful in the business landscape for decades. Creative and business-minded people alike have flocked towards film where they can capitalize on their ideas and skills. Apoorv Arora is among the individuals whose passion for the industry has seen him work for some of Hollywood and Bollywood’s biggest names. Since gaining experience and adding to his colorful portfolio, Arora has decided to take his career to new heights by creating his own company Apoorv Arora Films.
Apoorv Arora was always an intelligent kid with love for imitating actors and characters he watched from television programs or blockbuster films. He would often practice in front of a mirror, enacting the most memorable scenes he loved. The movies left a permanent influence on his life, and Arora would carry his creative outlook into life’s canvas.
Apoorv Arora would gain experience working with various filmmakers and creatives in Mumbai, India, and Los Angeles, California. Among some of the most recognized actors, singers, and groups in Bollywood and Hollywood, Arora collaborated with Priyanka Chopra, Diljit Dosanjh, Parmish Verma, Austin Mahone, Jassie Gill, Speed Records, the Walt Disney Company, Balaji Telefilms, and MTV, to name a few.
Even as he started his career, Arora’s work earned him a lot of appreciation. Anyone could see that he loved what he was doing, and Arora did his job responsibly. His work ethic and sense of responsibility reflected whenever something went wrong, and he would take the blame to save his crew from any harsh comments or danger. That’s just who he is.
Apoorv produced a music video for American pop singer Anne Reburn titled ‘Where Do We Go From Here’. A slice of life conceptual film taking its viewers and listeners on a metaphorical journey with picturesque landscapes and a touch of old school nostalgia in its creative treatment. The film premiered on the August 19th 2022 and has already received a lot of love and appreciation for its production quality and out of the box conceptualization.
Most recently, he led a team, produced and shot a fashion show for the 53rd NAACP Image Awards. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is a civil rights organization in the United States, formed in 1909 as an interracial endeavor to advance justice for African Americans by a group including W. E. B. Du Bois, Mary White Ovington, Moorfield Storey and Ida B. Wells. “One of the best things about producing creative projects in LA is the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and explore their unique tastes and aesthetics of work.” says Apoorv.
Arora has grown a reputation for going beyond his clients’ requests. Occasionally, he has been given two projects but ends up delivering three. Apoorv Arora hopes that with his work ethic and drive, he will produce a couple big-budget feature films in the coming years. For now, he is content with living in the moment.
