A mother in Ireland arrested her thirty-three-year-old son after hearing his snoring. The name of the man can not be revealed because there is another case on him running at Cork District Court. He was arrested at the house of his mother.
The mother already has a barring order against the man, which is why she had arrested him. Barring order in the Ireland is issued against a person who is involved in domestic violence with family members.
The man can not enter in the mother’s house due to the terms of the barring order. He could also not walk near his mother’s house according to the terms of the barring order. The mother was woken up after hearing the man’s snoring and got afraid. And the man was also not willing to learn how to stop snoring. He had told that his clothes were wet and he went inside the house for the dry clothes. He thought that his mother is not at home and fell asleep near the garden.
The police have denied granting bail to the man because he has broken the terms of the barring order. The guards near the house had stopped the man to enter the premises but the man had refused to leave the premises. Police found that the man has no regards for the court order and hence set some conditions for his bail. The man has to keep up with those conditions now.
